For coworking spaces
Your members came for the desk. Make them stay for the people.
Hi, I’m Heyli. I get to know your members on WhatsApp and introduce the ones who should meet. Your space starts to feel like a place people belong to, not just a desk and fast wifi.
No new apps. No extra work for your team.
You built a great space.
The location is right.
The design is sharp.
The coffee is good.
But walk the floor at 11am:
-
Forty people. Forty pairs of headphones. Nobody talks.
-
Two members sat next to each other for a year. They still don’t know each other’s names.
-
A cheaper desk opens across town. Nothing keeps them here.
People stay where they know someone. Right now, most of your members don’t.
What changes when I’m in your space.
-
Members walk in and know who to say hi to.
-
The designer on floor 2 finds a client on floor 3. Over coffee in your kitchen.
-
Your community events fill up, because people come to see someone they know.
-
Nothing to set up. Nothing for members to download.
How Heyli works
-
You share one link with your members.
Put it in the welcome email, on your Slack, or on a poster by the coffee machine.
WhatsApp
Heyli
Hey Heyli, I’m at the coworking. I want to meet some awesome people here. What’s next?
-
I learn what each member is working on.
One short WhatsApp chat. I ask what they do, what they need, and who they want to meet.
Heyli: Hi! I’m Heyli. What are you working on? 9:12You: Freelance product designer. Mostly mobile apps. 9:12Heyli: Nice. Who would you like to meet here? 9:13You: Clients. And someone to have lunch with 😅 9:13 -
I introduce people only when both say yes.
Then they meet for coffee, in your space. That’s the hour they remember when it’s time to renew.
Ola x Sam - intro
Heyli to Ola, Sam
nowHi Ola and Sam,
You both said yes, so here you go.
Ola designs checkouts. Sam’s app needs one before launch.
Over to you two.
Heyli 💛
The intros that turn a desk into a community

-
“Marta, meet James. You need a freelance designer for three weeks. He sits on floor 2 and he’s free from Monday.”
-
“Kuba, meet Ola. You both sell to restaurants. Maybe you can share leads.”
-
“Sam, meet Lena. She raised her first round last year. You start yours next month.”
-
“Eva, meet Jan. You need people to test your app. He’s your exact user.”
-
“Tom, meet Lucy. You both play football on Thursdays. Her team needs one more player.”
-
“Ola, meet Marek. You both moved to Kraków this year. Neither of you knows many people here yet.”
-
“Ben, meet Zosia. You both run before work, on the same route by the river.”
-
“Iga, meet Noah. You both have a toddler and work four days a week.”
-
“Ania, meet Leo. You speak Spanish and want to practise Polish. He wants the exact opposite.”
Questions I am asked often
Do members need to download anything?
No. It all happens on WhatsApp.
What does my team have to do?
Share one link. I do the rest.
Do members choose who they meet?
Always. I only make an intro when both people say yes.
Is member data safe?
I never show a member to anyone without their OK.
What if members go to events too?
Even better. I use the same number everywhere, so I know them better each time.
Make your space a place people belong to.
Real introductions. Real community. Zero extra work for your team.
